"Think future, think people, think excellence."
Over 50 Board Members and C-level leaders joined us on 6 April, to discuss leadership in the context of building business longevity. During the session, a variety of perspectives were shared on the salience of servant-leadership, personal and corporate wellbeing and the establishment of an outward mindset, all qualities that remain paramount to the success of organisations, regardless of field.
Leading at the forefront of the discussion were our distinguished session speakers, including Mr Lim Siong Guan, founding chairman of Honour Singapore, a non-profit organisation dedicated to promoting a culture of Honour and Honouring that QED supports as Corporate Partner.
Our panelists, Anthea Ong (Founding Chairperson, WorkWell Leaders), S S G Senthiyl (Managing Director, Singapore & Malaysia, The Arbinger Institute) and Georgette Tan (President, United Women Singapore) brought deeper insight to the conversation specifically around Leadership approaches to Sustainable Businesses, expertly facilitated by Yau Siew Choi (Board Advisor, Senior Insurance Leader).
Conversations as such are enabled by our supporters whom we are grateful for - Our Strategic Partner, SPH Media; Venue Partner, HomeTeamNS and Patrons - Arbinger Institute, Adecco Group and Visier. Without whom this session would not be possible.
