People are the most critical driver of change impacting the Future Ways of Working – this was the consensus at the 10th QED Changemaker Forum (4 Nov), where more than 80 senior leaders came together for a morning of interactive panel sharing and insightful roundtable discussions.
Gathered at the NTUC Centre, the leaders discussed how three key drivers of change – People, Ideas and Technology – will impact the future Workforce, Workplace and Workday. It was heartening to see that 85% of the attending leaders were either ready or making progress in preparing for the Future Ways of Working.
Special thanks to the distinguished leaders who graced our panel with their unique perspectives on the topic:
Patrick Tay, Assistant Secretary-General, National Trades Union Congress (NTUC) and Member of Parliament for Pioneer SMC
Ian Lee, Regional President, Asia Pacific, The Adecco Group
Manvinder Singh, Chief Investment Officer - Fund Management Business, Olam Financial Services
Zaid Alkadhi, APAC Business Group Leader, Modern Work and Devices, Microsoft
Samuel Bednall, Technology Lead, Digital Workplace, Telstra
Tony Heng, President, SMRT Experience
A huge thank you to our Strategic Partners – Telstra, The Adecco Group, and Microsoft, Patrons – DesignSingapore Council, IMDA, and Stellar Lifestyle, and Venue Partner NTUC for supporting the conversations at this session. Lastly, thank you to all our attendees for spending your Friday morning with us.
